 What is tentmakernet?

 Objectives & Goals

- to find a national representative in each European nation & to assist them in developing a tentmaking missions strategy for their nation. 
These representatives are encouraged to join Tentmakers International Exchange

- to get the national churches onboard for tentmaking missions

- to provide national representatives with the needed materials to do the job

- to provide ongoing stimulus and support

- to offer a link from the sidebar on left to each national rep(s) and if required their own free webpage & email address. (sample of a national webpage)

- to motivate development of annual conferences & training seminars hosted in turn by various member nations

- together to train & send labourers into the harvest, specifically into unreached areas of the world.

- tentmakernet supports tentmaking as a holistic 24/7 lifestyle ministry, not as an access strategy

- tentmakernet seeks to promote integration of work and ministry

 Services

- tentmakernet vision was first presented at the founding of TENT in Norway

- tentmakernet to be developed as a portal for information and connections hub for tentmaking in Europe

- tentmakernet will develop into a network of mobilisers committed to promoting tentmaking to advance the Gospel

- tentmakernet will encourage dialogue among national representatives by setting up an moderated email group ie. egroup@tentmakernet.com

- tentmakernet will moderate a chat room and design an e-bulletin board for the use of national reps

- tentmakernet will not get directly involved with individual tentmakers but will link them with national representatives

- tentmakernet will only exist virtually thus remaining "non-national"

- all work will be by volunteers, all services to be offered free
